摘 要:针对大倾角斜井煤矿有轨辅助运输系统运输效率低、安全性差的现状,研究了倾角23°的山西天地王坡煤业人员运输、物料运输和综采设备搬运采用架空乘人、有轨和无轨混合运输方式,探讨了胶轮车入井及升井的工艺、有轨和无轨换装运输、主力车型的设计特点及车型配置等。结果表明采用无轨胶轮车后,王坡煤业人员从井下换装站到工作面的时间由60min缩短到20min;单日物料运输量由120t增加到480t;综采工作面搬家倒面时间由90d缩短到30d;避免了轨道运输系统中的辅助设施,减少了机械安全隐患。将同类大倾角斜井煤矿有轨辅助运输方式进行更改设计,依据每个矿井的物料及设备种类,选择合适的无轨胶轮车,形成独特的运输工艺。Aiming at the low transportation efficiency and poor safety of the auxiliary track-transportation system of large-dipangle inclined shaft coal mine,the rope aerial passenger transport system,trace and trackless transportation for materials and mining equipment are studied for Wangpo Coal Mine whose dip angle is 23°.The entering and exiting process of rubber-tyred vehicle,the trace and trackless reloading,the design features of the main models and the vehicle configuration are discussed.The results show that after using trackless rubber-tyred vehicles,the personnel transportation time from the underground reloading station to the working face is shortened from 60 min to 20 min;the daily materials transportation volume is increased from 120 t to 480 t;the time for moving the fully mechanized mining face is shortened from 90 d to 30 d;the auxiliary facilities for track transportation system are eliminated,and the potential mechanical safety hazard is reduced.The auxiliary track transportation mode of large-dip-angle inclined shaft coal mine re-designed,trackless rubber-tyred vehicles can be selected according to the materials and equipment types of each mine,to form a suitable transportation process.
