摘 要:健身器材中采用可调液压阻尼作为负荷装置,针对液压健身器的阻力自动调节提出了一种基于PLC的控制方法。系统由LOGO!PLC控制器、电动调节阀、压力变送器和触摸屏组成。软件采用PI控制策略,检测和比较液压油缸两侧压力,实时调节电动调节阀的开度,使液压油缸两侧的压力差满足所需阻尼力的要求。该系统能够实现液压阻尼健身器材的阻力自动调节,具有一定的应用价值。The adjustable hydraulic damping is used as the load device in the fitness equipment,and a control method based on PLC is proposed for the automatic regulation of the resistance of the hydraulic fitness equipment.System consists of LOGO!PLC controller,electric control valve,pressure transmitter and touch screen.The software adopts PI control strategy.Test and compare the pressure on both sides of the hydraulic cylinder.Adjust the opening of the electric control valve in real time to make the pressure difference on both sides of the hydraulic cylinder meet the requirements of the required damping force.The system can realize the automatic adjustment of the resistance of the hydraulic damping fitness equipment and has certain application value.
