摘 要:为了确定白云鄂博西矿中萤石的浮选生产工艺和参数,采用新型浮选药剂和多种选矿方法联合的工艺流程实现白云鄂博西矿萤石资源的有效开发利用,对试验矿物进行矿物浮选试验.研究结果得出:①酸化水玻璃抑制效果优于水玻璃,且水玻璃与硫酸比例达到1∶2时抑制效果最好;②新型萤石捕收剂CYP-01对于萤石的捕收能力优于常用萤石捕收剂油酸钠,可作为萤石浮选的优良捕收剂.③采用“一次粗选—粗精矿再磨—八次精选”闭路流程试验,可得到品位为90.79%,回收率为81.02%的萤石精矿.The process of a new flotation reagent combined with a variety of beneficiation methods was used to realize the effective development and utilization of fluorite resources in Baiyun Eboxi Mine.The flotation test of the tested minerals was carried out to determine the flotation production technology and parameters of fluorite in western Baiyun Ebo Mine.The research results show that:①The inhibition effect of acidified water glass is better than that of water glass,and the inhibition effect is the best when the ratio of water glass to sulfuric acid reaches 1∶2;②The new fluorite collector CYP-01 has more excellent collection ability for fluorite than that of Sodium oleate,a commonly used fluorite collector,and it can be used as an excellent collector for fluorite flotation;③“one-time rough separation-coarse concentrate regrind-eight times selection”closed-circuit process test was adopted to obtain fluorite concentrate with a grade of 90.79%and a recovery rate of 81.02%.
