摘　　要：在新时代新媒体环境下网络舆情的传播具有载体多元化、渠道非官方化和源头隐匿化等特点。通过对唐山市3所高职院校中3500名学生从获取网络舆情的方式渠道、网路舆情对自身的影响等多个方面进行了问卷调查,依据调查结果探讨了高职院校网络舆情管理依然存在的管理意识不清晰、管理机构不明确、管理机制待完善、引导方式不合理等诸多问题,同时结合学生干部及学生党员的属性特点,提出了其参与舆情管理的优化路径。Under the new era and new media environment,the dissemination of network public opinion has the characteristics of diversified carriers,unofficial channels and hidden sources.Based on the questionnaire survey of 3500 students in three higher vocational colleges in Tangshan City at the aspects of ways of getting network public opinions,influences from the network public opinions on students,etc.,this paper discusses the problems of network public opinion management in higher vocational colleges,such as unclear management consciousness,unclear management organization,imperfect management mechanism,unreasonable guidance mode,etc.Combined with the characteristics of student cadres and student party members,this paper puts forward the optimized paths of their participation in public opinion management.
