摘  要:为解决微孔注塑工艺的不稳定等缺陷,以汽车座椅扶手海绵塑料制品为研究对象开展微孔塑料注塑过程的优化研究。基于长短期记忆网络(LSTM)和卷积神经网络(CNN)设计了微孔注塑汽车座椅扶手海绵优化数学模型,确定了工艺参数为模壁温度50℃、发泡剂为N2、气体初始浓度0.4%、熔体温度210℃;采用Pro/E工具模拟扶手海绵的注塑过程,当注射位置为B时,扶手海绵不易出现翘曲、裂纹等缺陷。In order to improve the defects,including the instability of microcellular injection molding process,the optimization of microcellular plastic injection process is carried out with sponge plastic products of automobile seat armrest as the research object.An optimization mathematical model of microcellular injection molding automobile seat armrest sponge is designed based on long-short term memory network(LSTM)and convolution neural network(CNN).The process parameters are determined as follows:die wall temperature is 50℃,foaming agent is nitrogen,initial gas concentration is 0.4%,and melt temperature is 210℃.The injection process of armrest sponge was stimultaed with Pro/E tool.It can be seen that when the injection position is B,the armrest sponge is not easy to suffer from the warpage,crack and other defects.
