磁性附着体对牙列游离缺损患者龈沟液SBI、牙周袋深度及牙槽骨高度的影响

摘　　要：目的探究磁性附着体对牙列游离缺损患者龈沟液牙龈出血指数(SBI)、牙周袋深度及牙槽骨高度的影响。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月本院收治的40例牙列游离缺损患者作为研究对象,按照抓阄法分为观察组(n=21)和对照组(n=19)。对照组采用常规义齿治疗,观察组采用磁性附着体进行治疗。比较两组治疗6个月、1年后龈沟液SBI、牙周袋深度、牙槽骨高度。结果修复治疗6个月和1年后,观察组SBI明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组牙周袋深度明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组牙槽骨高度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁性附着体对牙列游离缺损患者龈沟液SBI、牙周袋深度及牙槽骨高度的影响较小,对于患者的牙周组织有较好的保护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of magnetic attachments on gingival crevicular fluid gingival bleeding index(SBI),periodontal pocket depth,and alveolar bone height in patients with dentition free defects.Methods 40 patients with dentition defect were taken as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=21)and control group(n=19),according to drawing of lots in accordance with law.The control group was treated with conventional dentures,and the observation group was treated with magnetic attachments.SBI,periodontal pocket depth,and alveolar bone height were compared between the two groups after six months and one year of treatment.Results The SBI in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The periodontal pocket depth value in the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The height of alveolar bone in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnetic attachments have little effect on gingival crevicular fluid SBI,periodontal pocket depth,and alveolar bone height in patients with free dentition defects,and have better protection of periodontal tissues.
