氟康唑联合克霉唑药膜对角膜外伤后真菌感染性角膜炎患者视力的影响

摘　　要：目的探究氟康唑联合克霉唑药膜对角膜外伤后真菌感染性角膜炎患者视力的影响。方法选取2017年7月至2019年8月本院收治的68例角膜外伤后真菌感染性角膜炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各34例。患者均先采用常规清创处理,对照组使用氟康唑滴眼液,观察组使用氟康唑联合克霉唑药膜。比较两组临床疗效、视力恢复情况及角膜炎严重程度。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);入院前,两组患者角膜炎严重程度比较差异无统计学意义;入院第4、8、14天时,观察组角膜炎严重程度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组视力总矫正率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用氟康唑联合克霉唑药膜治疗角膜外伤后真菌感染角膜炎患者可有效改善患者视力,降低角膜炎严重程度,明显提高临床效果。Objective To explore the effect of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole on the vision of patients with fungal infectious keratitis after corneal trauma.Methods From July 2017 to August 2019,68 patients with fungal keratitis after corneal trauma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 34 cases in each group.Patients were first treated with conventional debridement,the control group was treated with fluconazole eye drops,and the observation group was treated with fluconazole combined with clotrimazole.The clinical efficacy,visual recovery and the severity of keratitis were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before admission,there was no significant difference in the severity of keratitis between the two groups.At 14 days,the score of keratitis severity in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the overall visual acuity correction rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole in the treatment of patients with keratitis due to fungal infection after corneal trauma can effectively improve patients'vision,reduce the severity of keratitis,and significantly improve the clinical effect.
