复方甘露醇联合糖皮质激素类药物治疗重度面神经炎疗效及对面神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甘露醇联合糖皮质激素类药物治疗重度面神经炎疗效及对面神经功能的影响。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月在本院接受治疗的80例重度面神经炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受糖皮质激素类药物治疗,观察组在上述治疗基础上,再联合给予复方甘露醇治疗。比较两组患者治疗1个月后的临床疗效及治疗前、治疗1个月后面神经功能分级情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前面神经功能Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级等患者比例比较差异无统计学意义;治疗1个月后,观察组面神经功能Ⅰ级患者比例显著高于对照组,而Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级患者比例均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方甘露醇联合糖皮质激素类药物治疗重度面神经炎患者的效果确切,可有效促进面神经功能的改善,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound mannitol combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of severe facial neuritis and its effect on facial nerve function.Methods 80 patients with severe facial neuritis were included in this study,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glucocorticoids and the observation group was treated with compound mannitol on the basis of the above treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after 1 month of treatment and the proportion of patients with facial nerve functional grading before and after 1 month of treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion of patients with grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ facial nerve function between the two groups before treatment,but 1 month after treatment,the proportion of patients with grade Ⅰ facial nerve function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the proportion of patients with grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound mannitol combined with glucocorticoids in the treatment of severe facial neuritis is effective,can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,and improve facial nerve function,it is worth clinical promotion.
