摘 要:基于2013—2018年世界银行企业调查宏观、微观数据的匹配,运用多层次混合效应模型,分析了性别平等主义文化差异性背景下女性分享企业所有权和掌管经营权对女性雇佣率和高管性别差异的影响。研究表明,女性打破“玻璃天花板”成为所有者或者最高管理者,可以显著提高女性员工的雇佣率;性别平等主义文化情境能够正向促进企业中女性的“性别社会再生产”机制;性别平等主义文化通过与女性分享所有权的正向交互作用,能够提高女性掌管企业经营权的可能性。Mounting number of women are participating in the organizational decision-making and management,which is conducive to the diversified management of enterprises.As another consequence,its advantage of gender dividend can also promote the sustainable development of economy and the harmonious development of society.A mixed effect model of multiple levels is constructed based on the macro and micro data of World Bank survey of the enterprises in 2013—2018,so as to analyze the impacts of women's corporate ownership and management on the female employment rate as well as the gender difference among top executives in the context of the gender equality culture.The study shows that when women break the glass ceiling and become the corporate owners or chief executives,the female employment rate can be significantly improved.And the cultural context of gender equality positively promotes the reproduction mechanism of gender and society in enterprises.Besides,the culture of gender equality positively interacts women's ownership and thus improves the possibility of women's management rights in enterprises.
