Analysis on the Topic Selection of Doctoral Thesis in Legal Theory——Taking 256 Papers of Chinese Doctoral Thesis Full-text Database as a Sample

摘　　要：依托中国知网《中国博士学位论文全文数据库》及其可视化分析,对2008~2018年13所院校法学理论专业博士学位论文选题进行类型化考察和比较式分析,透视改革开放第四个十年我国法学理论专业博士生学术研究的问题意识、命题意识和理论意识,梳理总结256篇博士论文呈现的选题特点和总体趋势。以专题式选题归类分析技术为手段,厘清选题的主体性对象和参考性对象的分析模型,从一个整体性视角探求法学理论专业博士学位论文选题的方法。The author of this article carried out a visual analysis on China CNKI Database of Full-text Doctoral Dissertations,which mainly examines the graduation thesis of doctor candidates of jurisprudence at 13 domestic universities from 2008 to 2018.With the typological investigation and comparative analysis,the author of this article analyzed the doctoral candidates’thesis in order to explore the problem consciousness,propositional consciousness and theoretical consciousness since the Reform and Opening-Up.By combing and summarizing the topic selection characteristics and general trends presented by 256 doctoral dissertations,this article attempts to clarify the analysis model of the subjects and reference objects of the topics by means of topic selection and categorized differentiation in order to provide a holistic perspective to explore the methods of domestic doctoral candidates’thesis topics.
