四甲基吡嗪对改善红细胞质量及机体反应性的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨四甲基吡嗪对自体输血红细胞质量及机体反应性的影响。方法选择2017年1月-12月在本院60例手术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。研究组在收集自体血时应用四甲基吡嗪注射液,对照组常规收集自体血。比较2组患者血液回收与回输情况,术区引流情况、红细胞质量、凝血功能及机体反应性指标。结果研究组回收血液样本中RBC、Hb以及HCT水平高于对照组(P <0.05)。回收血液后30 min与60 min研究组红细胞PK,2,3-DPG及P50研究组高于对照组(P <0.05),球形红细胞比例研究组低于对照组(P <0.05);2组术后24 h R、MA与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。术后3 d、7 d研究组MDA、TNF-、IL-6低于对照组(P <0.05),SOD高于对照组,上述差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论自体输血应用四甲基吡嗪能够显著改善红细胞功能,减轻患者机体反应性。Objective To investigate the effect of tetramethylpyrazine on improving quality of red blood cells in auto transfusion and body reactivity.Methods A total of 60 patients with operation were selected from Jan.to Dec.in 2017 from our hospital and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Tetramethylpyrazine injection was taken when collecting autologous blood in study group.Autologous blood was collected by routine methods in control group.Condition of blood recycling and transporting,drainage volume of operative area,quality of red cells,coagulation function and body responsiveness were contrasted between control group and study group.Results Levels of RBC,Hb and HCT in blood samples collected were higher in study group than in that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of PK,2,3-DPG and P50 at 30 min and 60 min after recycling blood was higher in study group than that in control group(P<0.05),and the rate of spherocyte was lower in study than that in control(P<0.05);the difference in R and MA after 24 h was statistically significant than that before operation between the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of MDA,TNF-a and IL-6 were lower in study group than that in control group at 3 d and 7 d after operation(P<0.05),and SOD was higher in study than that in control group,with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion That tetramethylpyrazine used in autologous blood transfusion can significantly improve function of red blood cells and relieve body reactivity in patients.
