摘 要:以四氧化三铁(Fe3O4)-1-甲基-3-丁磺酸基咪唑硫酸氢盐(1-methyl-3-butanesulphonic acid imidazole bisulfate,[BSMIM]HSO4)复合材料为基质,玻碳电极(glassy carbon electrode,GCE)为工作电极,制备Fe3O4-[BSMIM]HSO4/GCE传感器用于茶叶中儿茶酚(catechol,CC)的定量分析。研究表明,Fe3O4-[BSMIM]HSO4复合材料具有良好的吸附作用和导电性,能够有效的促进电极表面电子的转移速率,提高响应电流,增加电极灵敏度。利用Fe3O4-[BSMIM]HSO4/GCE对茶叶中CC进行定量分析,CC浓度与其氧化峰电流在1.0×10-6mol/L^1.2×10-2mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为Y=0.025 5X+0.079(X为儿茶酚浓度),R2=0.999 5,相关性较好,检出限(3σ)为1.17×10-7mol/L,加标回收率在98%~102%之间,回收效果较好,准确度较高,且该传感器重复性较好,检测结果与气相色谱法检测结果一致。Ferric oxide-1-methyl-3-butanesulphonic acid imidazole bisulfate([BSMIM]HSO4)composite modified glassy carbon electrode for detection of catechol(CC)in tea.The results showed that Fe3O4-[BSMIM]HSO4 had a good conductivity and adsorption,it could effectively promote electron transfer,improved the response current,and increased the electrode sensitivity.The quantitative analysised of CC in tea was studied by Fe3O4-[BSMIM]HSO4/GCE.The studied found that there was a wide linear from 1.0×10-6 mol/L-1.2×10-2 mol/L between CC concentration and oxidation peak current.the equation was Y=0.0255X+0.079(X stand for the concentration of CC),R2=0.9995,the detection limit(3σ)for CC was 1.17×10-7 mol/L.Recovery rate was 98%-102%,recycling was better and the accuracy of the method was high.The sensor had good repeatability and the detection results were consistent with those of gas chromatography.
