阿魏酸凝胶剂和巴布剂的制备及质量评价

摘　　要：目的制备阿魏酸凝胶剂及巴布剂,对其进行质量评价和体外透皮研究。方法以羧甲基纤维素钠和西黄蓍胶为基质制备两种水溶性凝胶剂,并对其性状、pH、含量等方面进行质量评价;以明胶、阿拉伯胶、聚丙烯酸钠和聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素钠作为基质制备两种巴布剂,并对其粘着力、赋形性、剥离度等方面进行质量评价;并比较了用不同基质制备的凝胶剂和巴布剂的透皮效果。结果羧甲基纤维素钠凝胶剂、西黄蓍胶凝胶剂、明胶巴布剂、聚乙烯醇巴布剂,累积渗透量分别为11.958、12.846、2.197、2.169mg·mL^(-1),渗透速率为0.343、0.408、0.030、0.037J/mg·(cm^2·h),皮肤滞留量为0.885、0.672、0.979、0.901mg。结论用羧甲基纤维素钠制备的凝胶剂性质稳定;用明胶、阿拉伯胶制备的巴布剂有更好的稳定性和粘性;与酊剂相比凝胶剂和巴布剂能够延长药效时间。OBJECTIVE The preparation of ferulic acid gels and Babu agents were studied,their quality evaluation and in vitro transdermal were researched.METHODS Two kinds of water-soluble gels were prepared by using sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and tragacanth,the characteristics of gels,pH and contention were researched.Two kinds of Babu agents were prepared by using arabia gum,gelatin,sodium polyacrylate,polyvinyl alcohol and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,and the adhesion,formability,peel strength,et al.were investigated.The transdermal effect was also compared.RESULTS The accumulative permeation,the permeation rate and skin retention amount and preparation prepared by sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,tragacanth,gelatin and PVA were 11.958,12.846,2.197,2.169mg·mL-1,0.343,0.408,0.030,0.037 J/mg·(cm 2·h),and 0.885,0.672,0.979,0.901mg,respectively.CONCLUSION The characteristics of gel made by sodium carboxymethyl cellulose were more stable than gel composed of tragacanth.The stability and adhesion of Babu agent composed of gelatin,arabia gel were better than others.Gels and babu agents can prolong the therapeutic time compared with tincture.
