摘　　要：多孔氮化硅陶瓷集合了氮化硅材料和多孔材料的优势,是一种具有优异物理化学性能的结构陶瓷,受到全球材料界的广泛关注。不同的制备方法可以给予材料不同的结构与性能,同时也衍生出了不同制备方法相结合的方案,对于材料性能的不同需求提供了可行的思路。本文针对多孔氮化硅陶瓷的制备及其应用进行综述,旨在为氮化硅陶瓷的研究工作提供指导帮助。Porous silicon nitride ceramic,which combines the advantages of silicon nitride and porous materials,is a kind of structural ceramics with excellent physical and chemical properties,and has been widely concerned by the global material industry.Different preparation methods can give different structures and properties of materials,but also derive a combination of different preparation methods,which provides feasible ideas for different requirements of material properties.In this paper,the preparation of porous silicon nitride ceramics is reviewed in order to provide guidance for the research work of silicon nitride ceramics.
