摘  要:目的:探讨体育舞蹈锻炼改善大学生心理亚健康状态的途径和心理机制。方法:选取体育舞蹈锻炼组和久坐少动组大学生432人,使用《体育锻炼等级量表-3》《青少年亚健康多维评定问卷》和《大学生应对方式量表》进行测量,使用协方差分析检验组间差异,使用结构方程模型及sobel检验分析中介效应。结果:(1)体育舞蹈组和久坐少动组在问题取向、情绪取向、回避取向上的得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),体育舞蹈组和久坐少动组在心理亚健康情绪问题和社会适应问题维度上的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)应对方式的问题取向维度在“是否参与体育舞蹈锻炼”和心理亚健康情绪问题维度之间充当了中介变量,且是部分中介作用。结论:参与体育舞蹈锻炼,能够使大学生具有更积极的应对方式和更良好的心理健康状态;进行系统性的体育舞蹈训练,能够使大学生采取积极的问题应对方式,进而促使大学生产生更积极的情绪体验。Objective:The study was to explore the way to improve the psychological sub-healthy state of college students and the psychological mechanism.Methods:We selected 432 undergraduates who were constructed by two groups of sports dance group and sedentary group,using physical activity rating scale-3,sub-health multidimensional assessment questionnaire and college students'coping style scale to investigate it.Covariance analysis was used to test differences between groups,and structural equation models and sobel tests were used to analyze mediation effects.Results:The differences in scores between the sports dance group and the sedentary and less active group in question orientation,emotional orientation,and avoidance orientation are significant(P<0.05),and the differences in scores on the dimensions of psychological sub-health emotional problems and social adaptation problems are significant(P<0.05);The problem orientation dimension of coping styles was as the intermediary variables between“participation in sports dance”and the emotional problems dimension of psychological sub-health,and it was part of the role of mediation.Conclusions:Sports dance exercises can make college students have more positive coping styles and better mental health;Systematic sports dance training enables college students to adopt positive problem-solving methods,which in turn encourages college students to produce a more positive emotional experience.
