摘  要:为了提高A356铝合金的综合力学性能,减少富铁相的质量分数,采用金属半固态等温成型技术制备了添加不同质量分数Ti元素的A356铝合金,研究了在不同等温条件下A356铝合金晶粒的细化程度。结果表明:Ti元素对合金性能有较大帮助,但当钛元素质量分数超过0.10%时,钛对合金晶粒尺寸的细化效果下降;在进行半固态等温处理时,富铁相的长度和宽度随着温度的升高先增大后减小,晶粒尺寸随着温度的升高先减小后增大,且都在590℃达到峰值;随着等温时间的延长,富铁相长度和宽度都有所增大,晶粒尺寸变化不明显;添加细化剂或者延长等温时间,未熔初生相都呈现球化现象。To improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of A356 aluminum alloys and reduce the mass fraction of the iron-rich phases,the metal semi-solid isothermal forming were adopted to prepare the A356 aluminum alloys doped by the different mass fraction of Ti elements,and the grain refinement of the A356 aluminum alloys at the different isothermal temperatures was studied.The results show that,the Ti elements play a great role on the mechanical properties of A356 aluminum alloys,but when the titanium mass fraction increases to more than 0.10%,the grain refinement effect of Ti on the A356 aluminum alloys decreases.In the semi-solid isothermal treatment,the length and width of the iron-rich phase first increase and then decrease with the increase of temperature,the grain size of the A356 aluminum alloys decreases first and then increases with the increase of temperature,and both reach the peak value at 590℃.With the extension of isothermal time,the length and width of the iron-rich phase increase,and the grain size does not change significantly.The spheroidization phenomenon is observed in the primary unmelted phase either by adding the refiner or extending the isothermal time.
