摘  要:国内外一流大学校训的内涵存在差异性和共通性。国内“双一流”建设高校和国外一流大学校训的词频分析显示,我国“双一流”建设高校的校训凸显道德追求,并在学问、道德与创新三方面具有共同特征;国外一流大学的校训则体现了对真理和自由的追求。一流大学应注重精神文化建设,在组织文化的理论视角下,国内外一流大学具有不同的组织文化关系:国内一流大学以学问为本,注重道德素养和创新精神;国外一流大学以真理为本,追求自由和智慧。作为学术组织,一流大学应发挥组织文化功能,增强大学精神文化建设,不仅要坚守大学已有品性,更应该吸收国外一流大学的优秀精神文化。There are differences and commonalities in the connotation of the motto of first-class universities in China and foreign countries.In the word-frequency analysis of domestic“double-first-class”universities and foreign first-class universities,the motto of“double-first-class”universities in China highlights the pursuit of morality,and has common characteristics in knowledge,morality and innovation.The motto of the first-class foreign universities reflects the pursuit of truth and freedom.In the theoretical perspective of organizational culture,the first-class universities in China and foreign countries have different relations of organizational culture:domestic first-class universities focus on learning,pay attention to moral quality and innovative spirit,while foreign first-class universities focus on truth and pursue freedom and wisdom.As an academic organization,first-class universities should give play to the function of organizational culture and enhance the construction of university spirit and culture.We should not only adhere to the existing university character,but also absorb the excellent spirit and culture of foreign first-class universities.
