摘　　要：目的检测原合成酶激酶-3β(GSK3β)在贲门腺癌(GCA)中的表达,分析其与临床病理及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测57例GCA及癌旁组织中GSK3β的表达;Cox多元回归分析其与GCA临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果GSK3β在GCA及癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为63.1%、31.6%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。GSK3β阳性表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移有关,差异有统计学意义(P=0.018、0.036)。GSK3β阳性组和阴性组76个月生存率分别为41.7%和59.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论GSK3β在GCA中高表达,与GCA预后有关,它可能是GCA的生物标志物之一。Objective To detect the expression of prosynthase kinase-3β(GSK3β)in cardiac adenocarcinoma(GCA)and analyze its relationship with clinicopathology and prognosis.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of GSK3βin 57 cases of GCA and adjacent tissues.COX multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between GSK3βand clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of GCA.Results The positive expression rates of GSK3βin GCA and adjacent tissues were 63.1%and 31.6%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The positive expression of GSK3βwas related to the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.018,0.036).The 76-month survival rates of the GSK3βpositive group and the negative group were 41.7%and 59.1%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of GSK3βin GCA is related to the prognosis of GCA.It may be one of the biomarkers of GCA.
