摘  要:从患病罗非鱼体内分离得到1株具有溶血性的革兰阴性杆菌,经16S rDNA系统进化树分析和生理生化鉴定,确认该菌株为普通变形杆菌(Proteus vulgaris)。人工感染试验显示,该菌可导致罗非鱼患病死亡,对于体重50 g左右的罗非鱼,半致死量在1.3×10~6~1.3×10~7 CFU/尾之间。该菌对环丙沙星、依诺沙星、恩诺沙星、头孢曲松等11种药物高度敏感,对多黏菌素B、新生霉素、强力霉素等9种药物完全耐药。恩诺沙星作为水产养殖允许使用的抗菌药物,可用于治疗普通变形杆菌引起的罗非鱼细菌性疾病。A strain of hemolytic gram-negative bacterium was isolated from diseased tilapia.The strain was determined as Proteus vulgaris by 16 S rDNA phylogenetic tree analysis and biochemical identification.The results of artificial infection showed that the strain might cause the death of tilapia.For tilapia with a body weight of of about 50 g,the median lethal dose was between 1.3×10~6 CFU/tail and 1.3×10~7CFU/tail.This bacterium was highly sensitive to 11 drugs,including ciprofloxacin,ilofloxacin,enrofloxacin and ceftriaxone,and so on,and was of complete resistance to 9 drugs,such as polymyxin B,neomycin,doxycycline,and so on.Enrofloxacin,as a permitted antibiotic in aquaculture,might be used to treat the bacterial diseases of tilapia caused by Proteus vulgaris.
