摘　　要：目的探讨单孔全胸腔镜在老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者中应用的可行性与安全性。方法收集2018年8月至2019年8月完成的209例应用单孔全胸腔镜行肺叶或者肺段手术的NSCLC老年患者(老年组),以及同期行相同手术239例非老年患者(非老年组)的资料,并进行对比。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、住院总费用差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后两组肺部感染、肺漏气、房颤、肺栓塞等并发症情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论单孔全胸腔镜下肺叶或肺段手术在对老年患者与非老年患者之间围术期的疗效相当,能给老年患者带来较大的手术收益,具有较高的可行性与安全性。Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of the application of single-port thoracoscope in elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The clinical data of 209 elderly patients with NSCLC who underwent lobectomy or segmentomy surgery with single-port thoracoscopy and 239 non-elderly patients who underwent the same surgery in the same period from August 2018 to August 2019 for comparison were collected and summarized.Results The differences of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay and total hospitalization expenses were statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Postoperative complications such as lung infection,lung air leakage,atrial fibrillation,and pulmonary embolism were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion Single-port thoracoscopic surgery of lobectomy or segmentomy surgery has the same effect in the perioperative period between elderly patients and non-elderly patients,which can bring greater surgical benefits to elderly patients and has high feasibility and safety.
