摘　　要：目的探讨结直肠癌组织中GADD45a、PI3K和p-p38蛋白表达的相关性及其临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组化检测123例结直肠癌组织和60例正常结直肠黏膜组织中的GADD45a、PI3K和p-p38蛋白表达,分析三者之间的相关性及其与临床病理特征、预后的关系。结果⑴结直肠癌组织中GADD45a的表达水平低于正常结直肠黏膜组织,PI3K和p-p38的表达水平高于正常结直肠黏膜组织,差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01);⑵PI3K的表达水平与淋巴结转移有无、肿瘤TNM分期有相关性(P<0.05);⑶Spearman相关分析显示,GADD45a与p-p38表达呈负相关(P<0.05);⑷Cox回归模型分析显示GADD45a阴性表达、TNM分期、肿瘤大小是结直肠癌预后的独立危险因素。结论GADD45a阴性表达是结直肠癌预后的危险因素,其表达与p-p38负相关,是结直肠癌预后潜在分子标志物。Objective To investigate the correlation of GADD45a,PI3K and p-p38 protein expression in colorectal cancer and its clinicopathological significance.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of GADD45a,PI3K and p-p38 proteins in the 123 colorectal cancer tissues and 60 normal colonrectal tissues.The relationship along the three proteins was analyzed with clinicopathological features.and prognosis.Results⑴The expression of GADD45a in colorectal cancer was lower than that in normal colorectal mucosa,and the expression of PI3K and p-p38 in colorectal cancer was higher than that in normal colorectal mucosa(P<0.01);⑵The expression of PI3K was correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(P<0.05);⑶Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expression of GADD45a was negatively correlated with p-p38(P<0.05);⑷Cox regression analysis showed that negative expression of GADD45a,TNM stage and tumor size were independent risk factors for prognosis of colorectal cancer.Conclusion Negative expression of GADD45a is a risk factor for the prognosis of colorectal cancer,which is negatively correlated with p-p38,and is a potential molecular marker for the prognosis of colorectal cancer.
