摘 要:目的:调查无锡市某三级甲等综合医院护士的工作压力源及影响因素,为护理管理者临床干预提供参考。方法:整群抽取无锡市某三级甲等综合医院的1193名护士,采用护士工作压力源量表进行调查。结果:护士工作压力源总分73.47±12.96,各维度得分从高到低依次为患者护理、管理及人际关系和护理专业及工作。结论:护士工作压力较大,自身工作满意度不高。护理管理者应针对工作压力源采取有效措施,应充分调动护士的工作积极性,提高护士的工作满意度,维持护理队伍的稳定。Objective:To investigate the job stressors and influencing factors of nurses in a certainGrade-A Tertiary general Hospital in Wuxi,in order to provide reference for clinical intervention of nursing managers.Methods:Using convenient sampling method,1193 nurses from in a certainGrade-A Tertiary general Hospital in Wuxi City,were selected as a whole group,and with the consent of the situation,the nurses’work stress source scale was used to investigate.Results:The total score of nurses’work stress source was(73.47+12.96).The scores of each dimension from high to low were patient nursing,management and interpersonal relationshipand nursing specialty and work.Conclusion:Nurses’job stress is high and their job satisfaction is not high.Nursing managers should take effective measures against job stressors,fully mobilize nurses’work enthusiasm,improve nurses’job satisfaction and maintain the stability of nursing team.
