摘  要:装备原理教学是军队院校高年级学员专业阶段学习的主要形式,对学员毕业以后从事装备使用与维护工作有着非常重要的影响。该文针对毕业学员的特点,按照“紧贴装备、紧贴岗位、紧贴实战”的思路,突出“为战领教”理念,提出了适合装备原理教学的问题主线“四思”教学法,给出了具体的实施方法,并在装备原理课程教学中加以运用,取得了良好的教学效果。The teaching of equipment principle is the main form of learning in the professional stage of senior cadets in military academies,which has a very important influence on the cadets to engage in the use and maintenance of equipment after graduation.This article focuses on the characteristics of graduated students,according to the idea of"close to the equipment,close to the post,close to the combat",highlighting the concept of"leading and teaching for the battle",proposes the"four thoughts"teaching method which is suitable for the teaching of equipment principle,gives the specific implementation strategies and methods,and uses them in the teaching of equipment principle,having achieved good teaching results.
