摘　　要：由于医患关系复杂,高风险科室的研究生面临更大的心理压力。挫败感是最常见的负面情绪,严重的挫败感可能会导致其焦虑、抑郁,甚至会阻碍其正常学业。该文就挫败感在这类人群中存在的现状、产生的相关因素以及如何疏导挫败感、提高挫折商做了阐述。该文意在提高高风险科室导师对学生心理素质培养的重视程度。心身健康的研究生才是合格的毕业生。Due to the complex relationship between doctors and patients,graduate students in high-risk departments face greater psychological pressure.Frustration is the most common negative emotion.Severe frustration may lead to anxiety,depression,and even hinder their normal academic progress.This paper explains the current situation of frustration in this group of people,the related factors causing it,and how to ease frustration and improve frustration quotient,aiming to raise the attention of high-risk department tutors to the cultivation of students'psychological quality.Graduate students who are both physically and psychological healthy are qualified graduates.
