摘  要:“一带一路”倡议密切了我国与“一带一路”沿线国家的经济联系,也促进了物流产业的转型与发展。当前,“产学融合”教学理念在高职物流管理专业人才培养中得到了提倡与应用,但由于该教学模式应用时间不长,仍存在很多不足。该文介绍了“一带一路”倡议给物流管理专业带来的发展机遇和对物流管理专业人才提出的新要求,重点分析了“产教融合”理念下高职院校物流管理专业人才培养面临的问题,探索创新物流管理专业“产教融合”人才培养模式,以更好地为企业培养和输送综合型人才。Driven by the"Belt and Road"initiative,our country has intensified economic ties with the countries along the"Belt and Road",which has promoted the transformation and development of the logistics industry.The teaching concept of"integration of industry and education"put forward by the central government has been promoted and applied in the training of logistics management majors in higher vocational colleges.Because this teaching mode has not been applied for a long time,there are many shortcomings in the training of logistics management majors.This paper introduces the development opportunities brought by the"Belt and Road"to logistics management,and the new requirements of the"Belt and Road"for logistics management majors.It then focuses on the current situation of the training of logistics management majors in higher vocational colleges under the"integration of production and education",and ponders over the innovation of the talent training mode of the logistics management major under the background of the"Belt and Road"initiative,in order to better cultivate and provide comprehensive talents for enterprises.
