摘　　要：班级心理委员是高校开展危机干预工作的学生骨干力量。该文从“自助—求助—互助”的“三助”角度,探讨心理委员应当如何发挥勤于自助、善于求助、乐于互助的模范带头作用,为高校辅导员培养班级心理委员的胜任力提供一些建设性意见。The class commissary in charge of psychological counseling serves as the important backbone of students to conduct the crisis intervention in colleges and universities.This article discusses how the commissary in charge of psychological counseling plays a demonstration role in"Three Helps",including being diligent in self-help,being good at asking for help and being willing to help each other,in order to put forward some constructive suggestions on how college counselors cultivate the competence of this team.
