摘  要:介绍了一种采用球面心盘与常接触弹性旁承组合的轨道工程车辆,旁承间隙值的理论算法的推导过程,给出了旁承刚度、旁承间隙、车辆重心、车辆轮重、轴重偏差之间的相互关系,基于该理论提出了这类车辆旁承间隙的调整方法。介绍了该车辆在制造中出现重心偏移,造成调簧困难情况下的补救措施,通过理论和实际相结合的方式,解决了制造问题,对类似车辆的设计和调簧工艺开发提供了参考。This paper introduces a kind of spherical center plate and elastic side bearings used combination of rail engineering vehicles,and the derivation process of the side bearing gap value theory algorithm,gives the side bearing stiffness,the side bearing clearance,vehicle center of gravity,the interrelation between the heavy vehicle wheel axle load deviation,this kind of vehicle was developed based on the theory side bearing clearance adjustment method.This paper introduces the remedial measures for the difficulty of spring tuning caused by the deviation of center of gravity in the manufacture of the vehicle,and solves the manufacturing problem by combining theory with practice,which provides a reference for the design of similar vehicles and the development of spring tuning technology.
