摘　　要：羊肚菌菌种生产是羊肚菌栽培的第一步。使用优质的菌种,栽培种培养料和营养料袋以小麦为主要原料,使用足够数量的的栽培种和营养料袋是羊肚菌栽培成功的关键。从原始菌种选择、母种生产、原种生产、栽培种生产和营养料袋制作等方面介绍羊肚菌菌种的规模化生产技术和流程,并列出具体的数量参数和各项注意事项。The production of morel spawn is the first step in morel cultivation.The key to the success of morel production is to use high-quality strains of all levels and a sufficient number of spawn and nutrient bags with wheat as the main raw material.This article introduces the large-scale production technology and production process of Morchella spawn from the aspects of original spawn selection,mother spawn production,original spawn production,cultivated spawn production and nutrient bag production,and lists the specific quantity parameters and various precautions.
