学习型社会建设背景下终身体育教育学习体系的构建

摘　　要：以自下而上的方式,从个体的角度,在学习型社会建设背景下研究如何构建终身体育教育学习体系。终身体育大体可以分为在校阶段的体育和不在校阶段的体育。在校阶段的体育以体育课和课外体育活动的方式呈现,带有强制性、健身性和娱乐性。不在校阶段又以参加工作和退休后的时间为多,这一时期的体育差异比较大且比较分散,带有个体性、闲暇性和娱乐性。想要实现终身体育,就要对两个阶段的体育进行整合和引导。建议:学校体育教学专项化,单项体育协会实体化。In a bottom-up way,from the perspective of individual,in the context of the construction of a learning society,the paper tries to study how to construct a lifelong physical education learning system.Lifelong sports can be divided into sports at the school stage and sports at the off-campus stage.Physical education at the school stage is presented in the form of physical education and extracurricular sports activities,with mandatory,fitness and entertainment.Sports at the off-campus stage mainly refer to sports after work and retirement.The sports in the period are scattered,with more individuality,leisure and entertainment.To achieve lifelong sports,it is necessary to integrate and guide the two stages of sports.We recommend implementing specialized PE,and let individual sports associations become substantive.
