摘　　要：目的探讨精神障碍患者心率变异性(HRV)的特征。方法对2357例精神障碍患者的HRV检测结果进行分析,分析不同年龄层精神障碍患者的HRV检测结果的差异性,探讨HRV与年龄、性别之间的关系。结果HRV各域项在不同年龄组中的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随年龄增长,极低频段(VLF power)、低频段(LF power)、高频段(HF power)逐渐下降,在>50~60岁年龄组最低,之后又随年龄增长逐渐增加。在≤20岁、>60~70岁年龄组内,LF/HF比值在男女间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HRV其他各域项在男女间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精神障碍患者常常会伴有HRV的异常改变。Objective To explore the characteristics of heart rate variability(HRV)in the patients with mental disorders.Methods The HRV test results of 2357 patients with mental disorders were analyzed.The differences of HRV test results among different age groups were analyzed.The relationship between HRV with age and gender was discussed.Results There were statistically significant differences in HRV domain items among different age groups(P<0.05).With the increase of age,VLF power,LF power,HF power were decreased gradually;in the age group of>50-60 years old,which in the HRV domain items were the lowest,and then with the increase of age,which were increased gradually.In the age groups of≤20 years old and>60-70 years old,the LF/HF ratio had the statistical difference between male and female(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the HRV other domains between male and female(P>0.05).Conclusion The patients with mental disorders often have the accompanied abnormal HRV changes.
