摘　　要：目的建立珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血成年女性全自动毛细血管电泳法的血红蛋白A2(HbA2)筛查切值。方法收集该实验室1886例成年女性HbA2筛查数据(包含991例α-珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血、250例β-珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血及645例健康者),严格按照C28-A3指南要求,采用非参数方法分析非正态分布数据。结果α-珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血和β-珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血成年女性全自动毛细血管电泳法HbA2筛查切值分别为2.7%和3.7%。结论根据实验室的检测方法建立珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血成年女性的HbA2切值,可以最大可能降低假阴性率,更好地完成国家珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血的防控工作。Objective To establish the cut-off values of HbA2 screening in adult females with thalassemia by the automatic capillary electrophoresis.Methods The HbA2 screening data in 1886 adult females(including 991 cases ofα-thalassemia,250 cases ofβ-thalassemia and 645 healthy individuals)were collected in this laboratory.The non-normally distributed data were analyzed by adopting thenonparametric method strictly according to the C28-A3 guideline.Results The cut-off values of HbA2 screening in adult females withα-thalassemia andβ-thalassemia by the automatic capillary electrophoresis were 2.7%and 3.7%respectively.Conclusion The established HbA2 cut-off values for adult females with thalassemia according to the laboratory test method can utmostly reduce the false negative rate and better complete the national prevention and control work of thalassemia.
