摘 要:随着动力锂离子电池在电动汽车上的广泛应用,其安全性得到了越来越多的关注。分析了国内外锂离子动力电池在电气安全和不同环境下安全方面的测试标准,对外部短路试验、过充电/过放电试验等电气安全试验和温度冲击试验、热稳定性试验、过温试验、外部火烧试验等环境试验的方法、试验条件进行比较分析。指出相关标准存在的不足,以及不同标准之间因试验条件的不同而不具有可比性。As traction Li-ion batteries are widely applied in battery electrical vehicle(BEV),the safety performance is getting more and more attention.Chinese standards and international regulations for electrical and environmental safety test of Li-ion batteries in BEV was reviewed and compared.Electrical safety tests which include external short circuit test,overcharge and overdischarge test,environmental safety test which include thermal shock test,thermal stability test,over heat test,fire test was comparatively analyzed.Test parameters and conditions adopted in the test methods which are described in these standards and regulations are compared.The shortcomings of the standards are presented.There are no comparability due to the difference of test condition.
