精准扶贫背景下星创天地减贫机制研究

摘　　要：2020年精准扶贫工作已到了决战决胜的收官之年,中央、省、市、县各级政府都非常重视。但在实地调研过程中发现,精准扶贫具体工作存在精准度不够高的问题,特别是星创天地在精准扶贫领域中的作用发挥不到位,存在宣传面不广、政策法规把握不够精准、社会知晓度不高、农户和社会力量参与不足等现象。通过对山西省某县实地调研,总结了星创天地的运作模式,分析了星创天地的发展瓶颈,提出了星创天地的发展建议,为下一步乡村振兴奠定坚实基础。In 2020,the targeted poverty alleviation work has reached the end of the decisive battle,and the central,provincial,municipal and county governments at all levels attach great importance to it.However,in the process of on-thespot investigation,we found that the accuracy of the specific work of targeted poverty alleviation is still not high enough,In particular,the role of star creation world in the field of targeted poverty alleviation has not been fully played,such as insufficient publicity,inaccurate grasp of policies and regulations,low social awareness,and insufficient participation of farmers and social forces.Based on the field survey of a county in Shanxi Province,this paper studies the operation mode of star creation world,analyzes the development dilemma of star creation world,puts forward suggestions for the development of star creation world,in order to lay a solid foundation for the next step of rural revitalization.
