摘　　要：目的:探讨SPECT/CT融合骨显像对诊断肿瘤骨转移疼痛的增益价值。方法 :回顾性分析49例(共91处疼痛病灶)肿瘤患者的SPECT/CT融合骨显像,总结其图像特点,计算诊断敏感度、特异度和准确率,并分析结果。结果:91处病灶中,阳性40处(真阳性35处,假阳性5处),阴性51处(真阴性49处、假阴性2处),诊断敏感度94.6%(35/37)、特异度90.7%(49/54)、准确率92.3%(84/91)。结论:SPECT/CT融合骨显像对诊断肿瘤骨转移疼痛具有较高的增益价值。Objective:To evaluate the additional value of SPECT/CT bone fusion imaging in the diagnosis of bone metastasis pain in tumors.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 49 patients,a total of 91 lesions,who were diagnosed as tumor by our hospital,were examined with SPECT/CT bone fusion imaging.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of SPECT/CT bone fusion imaging for bone metastasis were calculated and analyzed.Results:SPECT/CT bone fusion imaging showed 40 positive sites in 91 lesions(35 true positive and 5 false positive).There were 51 negative(49 true negative and 2 false negative).The sensitivity was 94.6%(35/37),the specificity was 90.7%(49/54),and the accuracy was 92.3%(84/91).Conclusion:SPECT/CT bone fusion imaging has high additional value in the diagnosis of bone metastasis pain.
