密度对聚氨酯固化材料减振性能的影响

摘  要:通过调整发泡剂用量制备出不同密度的聚氨酯固化材料,研究密度对聚氨酯固化材料力学性能、减振性能以及对聚氨酯固化材料与道砟形成的固结体减振性能的影响,探讨聚氨酯固化材料减振性能与其固结体减振性能的关系,分析聚氨酯固化材料减振性能的影响因素。结果表明:随着密度的增加,聚氨酯固化材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度和压缩强度均逐渐增大,而断裂伸长率先增加后降低,在密度为137 kg/m3时达到最大值;聚氨酯固化材料的减振性能与其固结体的减振性能呈线性正相关关系;聚氨酯固化材料的减振性能与固化材料中开孔气泡的数量有关,随着聚氨酯固化材料密度的降低,固化材料中开孔气泡数量越多,吸能效果越显著,减振效果越好。综合考虑力学性能和减振性能,聚氨酯固化材料的密度宜在140~170 kg/m3。Polyurethane solidified material specimens with different densities were prepared by adjusting the amount of foaming agent.The effects of density on the mechanical properties and damping performance of polyurethane solidified materials,as well as the damping performance of the consolidation body formed by polyurethane solidified materials and ballast were studied.The relationship between the damping performance of polyurethane solidified materials and the damping performance of its consolidation body was discussed.The influencing factors on damping performance of polyurethane solidified material were analyzed.The results show that the tensile strength,tear strength and compressive strength of polyurethane solidified material increases gradually with the increase of density,while the elongation at break,which reflects the deformation property,first increases and then decreases,and reaches the maximum value when the density is 137 kg/m3.There is a positive linear correlation between the damping performance of polyurethane solidified material and damping performance of its consolidation body.The damping performance of polyurethane solidified material is related to the number of open air bubbles in polyurethane solidified material.With the decrease of polyurethane solidified material density,the more the number of open air bubbles in the polyurethane solidified material,the more significant the energy absorption effect and the better the damping performance will be.The density of polyurethane solidified material should be 140~170 kg/m3 by considering the mechanical properties and damping performance.
