摘 要:针对传统搪锡工艺的工时长、产品一致性差等缺点,采取工业机器人和双目视觉结合的方式,设计了针对带焊杯的电连接器的自动搪锡系统。使用Hough变换圆检测算法实现焊杯检测及定位,使用Block Matching算法进行立体匹配。介绍了系统设计方案,重点介绍了双目视觉系统对焊杯世界坐标的确定方法。Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional tinning process,such as long working hours,poor product consistency,etc.,an automatic tinning system for electric connector with welding cup is designed by combining industrial robot and binocular vision.HOUGH transform circle detection algorithm is used to detect and locate the welding cup.Block Matching algorithm is used for stereo matching.The design of the system is introduced,and the method of determining the world coordinates of the welding cup by binocular vision system is emphasized.
