牙种植患者采用两种口腔修复膜材料对骨再生的引导效果分析

摘　　要：目的牙种植患者采用两种口腔修复膜材料对骨再生的引导效果分析。方法回顾性分析该院于2018年1月—2019年12月时段内收治的92例牙齿缺失患者展开研究分析,以患者牙种植过程中所使用的修复膜材料差异性分成两组,即对照组(46例)应用海奥口腔生物膜,实验组(46例)应用Bio-gide膜;对比两组术后的骨厚度、植入骨厚度、口腔功能指标评分以及不良反应发生率。结果实验组术后的骨厚度(2.59±0.71)mm、植入骨厚度(2.45±0.42)mm均高于对照组(2.21±0.40)、(2.22±0.30)mm,实验组术后在固化程度(47.99±2.26)分、美观程度(48.15±0.40)分、咀嚼功能(48.80±1.15)分以及语言功能方面的口腔功能指标评分(48.89±1.23)分均高于(42.88±2.52)分、(46.60±0.36)分、(44.57±1.20)分、(44.53±1.13)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.163、3.022、10239、19.535、17.261、17.704,P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率4.35%低于对照组的26.09%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.425,P<0.05)。结论牙种植患者应用Bio-gide膜进行口腔修复,相对比海奥口腔生物膜而言,可以促进骨再生,有利于改善患者的口腔功能,且不良反应较少,治疗有安全性保证。Objective To analyze the effect of two oral repair membrane materials on bone regeneration in dental implant patients.Methods A retrospective analysis of 92 patients with missing teeth admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 was conducted and analyzed.The difference between the repair membrane materials used in the dental implantation of patients was divided into two groups,namely the control group(46 cases)applied Haiao oral biofilm,and the experimental group(46 cases)applied Bio-gide film;the postoperative bone thickness,implanted bone thickness,oral function index score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The bone thickness of the experimental group after operation was(2.59±0.71)mm,and the thickness of the implanted bone was(2.45±0.42)mm,which was higher than that of the control group:(2.21±0.40)mm and(2.22±0.30)mm.The degree of solidification of the experimental group after operation was(47.99±2.26)points and the aesthetic degree was(48.15±0.40)points,masticatory function(48.80±1.15)points and oral function index score of(48.89±1.23)points in language function,higher than the control group(42.88±2.52)points,(46.60±0.36)points,(44.57±1.20)points,(44.53±1.13)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.163,3.022,10.239,19.535,17.261,17.704,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.35%,which was lower than 26.09%in the control group,with statistical significance(χ^2=8.425,P<0.05).Conclusion Bio-gide membrane is used for dental restoration in dental implant patients.Compared with Haiao oral biofilm,it can promote bone regeneration,which is beneficial to improve the oral function of patients,and has fewer adverse reactions.The treatment is guaranteed by safety.
