Objective To investigate the clinical value of protein chip assay for multiple tumor markers in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods A total of 50 patients with pancreatic cancer diagnosed in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2019 were selected as the observation group,50 patients with benign pancreatic diseases diagnosed in the same period were selected as the pancreatic disease group, and 50 healthy people as the control group. The level of tumor markers was detected, and tumor marker protein chip technology was used to detect tumor markers. Results The levels of CA19-9,CA24-2,CEA,FER and CA125 in pancreatic cancer group were significantly higher than those in pancreatic disease group and control group. The positive rates of tumor markers CA19-9,CA24-2,CEA,FER and CA125 for pancreatic cancer were significantly higher than those for pancreatic disease group and control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of protein chip in pancreatic cancer patients were all 96%.Conclusion Protein chip technology can improve the diagnostic efficiency of pancreatic cancer in patients with pancreatic cancer.
