摘 要:目的揭示lncRNA RP11-287F9.2水平与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)预后的关系。方法通过RT-qPCR检测114例患者NSCLC癌组织和匹配的邻近正常组织(NT)的RP11-287F9.2相对表达水平。分析RP11-287F9.2表达与NSCLC患者临床病理特征和生存率的关系。结果在NSCLC肿瘤组织中RP11-287F9.2表达水平明显下调(P<0.01)。RP11-287F9.2的表达下降与TMN分期和淋巴结转移存在明显相关(P<0.05)。NSCLC患者低表达RP11-287F9.2的存活率明显低于高表达组(P<0.05)。结论RP11-287F9.2的低表达可以促进NSCLC的细胞增殖,作为预后不良的生物标志物。Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between lncRNA RP11-287F9.2 level and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods RP11-287F9.2 levels in 114 NSCLC cancer tissues and matched adjacent normal tissues(NT)were determined by RT-QPCR,and the relationship between RP11-287F9.2 level and the clinicopathological characteristics and survival rate of NSCLC patients was analyzed.Results The level of RP11-287F9.2 in NSCLC tumor tissues was significantly down-regulated.The decreased expression of RP11-287F9.2 was significantly correlated with TMN stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The survival rate of NSCLC patients with low expression of RP11-287F9.2 was significantly lower than that of the high expression group.Conclusion Low expression of RP11-287F9.2 can promote NSCLC cell proliferation and serve as a biomarker of poor prognosis in NSCLC.
