摘 要:地震波的测量具有重要意义,地震计是测量地震波的关键。与传统电学传感地震计相比,运用光纤传感技术的地震计具有重量轻、体积小、灵敏度高、低频特性好、绝缘性好、抗电磁干扰、远距离监测等优点,可实现大规模的网络传感。文章主要介绍应用光纤传感技术地震计的各种类型和工作原理,阐述了应用光纤传感技术地震计在国内和国外的研究现状,并指出存在的一些问题。The measurement of seismic wave is of great significance,and seismometer is the key to measure seismic wave.Compared with the traditional electrical sensor seismometer,the seismometer with optical fiber sensing technology has the advantages of light weight,small volume,high sensitivity,good low frequency characteristics,good insulation,anti electromagnetic interference,remote monitoring and other advantages,which can realize large-scale network sensing.This paper mainly introduces various types and working principles of seismometers with optical fiber sensing technology,expounds the research status of seismometers with optical fiber sensing technology at home and abroad,and points out some existing problems.
