公安院校教师“荣誉仪式”思想政治工作探索  

“Honour Ceremony”as the Means to Improve Ideological and Political Work at Police Colleges

摘　　要：公安院校教师“荣誉仪式”是在其从教从警生涯中的重要节点和特殊时刻所举行的激励仪式。在公安院校开展教师“荣誉仪式”是丰富和拓展教师思想政治工作、增强教师凝聚力和向心力、增强教师警察意识、实现教师自我价值、增强教师积极情感能量的必然要求。在公安院校有效推进教师“荣誉仪式”:一是要充分认识教师“荣誉仪式”的重要价值;二是要统筹规划教师“荣誉仪式”;三是要精心设计教师“荣誉仪式”。An“Honour Ceremony”in this paper refers to a special occasion on which teachers are awarded honour and respect for their unique contributions during their careers.The paper argues that well-designed Honour Ceremonies at Police Colleges are inspirational and beneficial in many ways:promoting ideological and political work,increasing team cohesion,reinforcing teachers’identity as police officers,improving the sense of self-fulfilment,etc.To achieve these goals,police colleges need to fully recognise the benefits of honour ceremonies,work out an overall plan for holding the ceremonies at different times of the year,and carefully design the procedures of each ceremony.
