摘　　要：将需求分析运用于民警在职培训模式的优化思考中,在分析民警个人及岗位的内在需求和国家社会的外在需求的基础之上,结合目前在职培训现状与不足,尝试从课程设置、师资力量、实战导向、考核方式四个方面切入,提出优化民警在职培训模式的路径,期以不同位面的需求促进民警在职培训效能的提升。Applying demand analysis to the optimization thinking of the police on-the-job training model,based on the analysis of the internal needs of the individual and the position of the police and the external needs of the country and society,and combined with the current status and deficiencies of on-the-job training,this paper attempts to start with the curriculum,teaching staff,actual combat orientation,and assessment methods,and proposes a path to optimize the on-the-job training mode of the police,hoping to promote the efficiency of the on-the-job training of the police based on the needs of different dimensions.
