摘  要:一根倾斜的毛细管在空气与液面的界面上周期性振动时,由于剪切力作用毛细管在脱离液面时会形成液滴,通过控制振动频率和流量实现单分散液滴的高度可控性制备,与此同时,制备后的液滴在下落过程中会产生一个随实验参数变化的侧向位移,最终实现液滴的一步制备与分选。该实验技术控制变量丰富,实验内容兼顾前沿性与趣味性,实验装置简单易搭建,易于操作,实验现象直观化,可拓展为一种实验教学仪器,适合开设为本科生的教学实验。An oblique capillary tube is used to vibrate and shear periodically at the gas-liquid interface to achieve the highly controllable preparation of monodisperse droplets due to the fracture of the liquid bridge.At the same time,the prepared droplets will produce a lateral displacement varying with the experimental parameters during the falling process,and finally realize the one-step generation and sorting of droplets.The experimental technology is rich in control variables,the experimental content is both cutting-edge and interesting,the experimental device is simple and easy to build,easy to operate,and the experimental phenomenon is intuitive.It can be expanded into an experimental teaching instrument,suitable for undergraduate teaching experiments.
