摘 要:哮喘是由多种炎症细胞及细胞组分介导的慢性气道炎症性疾病,该炎症常伴随气道反应性增高,支气管上皮结构功能异常,严重时引发气道重塑,加重哮喘发生。目前的治疗包括吸入长效β-肾上腺素能受体激动剂和抗炎糖皮质激素。一磷酸鞘氨醇(S1P)是一种具有生物活性的鞘脂代谢物,在哮喘等过敏反应中起重要作用。本综述旨在归纳整理S1P及其受体在哮喘中相关作用的研究进展。Asthma is a chronic airway inflammatory disease mediated by a variety of inflammatory cells and cellular components.This inflammation is often accompanied by increased airway responsiveness,abnormal bronchial epithelial structure,severe cases result in airway remodeling,aggravate the occurrence of asthma.Current treatments include inhaled long-acting beta-adrenergic agonists and corticosteroids.Sphingosine 1-phosphate(S1P)is a biologically active sphingolipid metabolite which plays an important role in allergic reactions such as asthma.This review aims to summarize the research progress of S1P and its receptors in the role of asthma.
