摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱癌根治性切除输尿管皮肤造口术尿路造口患者术后12个月生命质量关键影响因素。方法对2014年6月至2018年12月在昆明医科大学第二附属医院泌尿外科住院接受膀胱癌根治性切除输尿管皮肤造口术的203例患者随访12个月并进行调查,采用二分类Logistic回归分析其生命质量影响因素。结果性别、尿路造口自我护理能力、非造口相关不适,因造口并发症急诊或入院治疗,以及定期参加造口人活动是影响患者术后生命质量的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论尿路造口患者生命质量受多方面因素的影响,在尿路造口患者的管理中应关注女性、提高造口患者自我护理能力,关注危急造口相关并发症和非造口相关不适,以及提高感知社会支持。Objective To investigate the Influencing factors of quality of life in patients with ureterostomy after radical resection of bladder cancer.Methods From June 2014 to December 2018,203 patients with ureterostomy after radical resection of bladder cancer in our hospital were followed up for 12 months and investigated.Binary Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of life quality.Results Gender,self-care ability of urinary ostomy,non-ostomy-related discomfort,emergency or hospitalization due to ostomy complications,and regular participation in ostomy activities were the independent risk factors for the quality of life of patients with ureterostomy.Conclusion The quality of life of patients with urostomy is affected by many factors.In the management of patients with urostomy,we should pay attention to women,improve the self-care ability of patients with colostomy,pay attention to critical stoma related complications and non stoma related discomfort,and to improve perceived social support.
