摘 要:高职教育百万扩招,对于面临生源危机的高职院校是重大利好,但这种突发性外生压力驱动下生源结构变化(尤其是全日制面向社会人员招生)所呈现的职业院校与技工学校双轨制矛盾、非脱产成教与全日制普教之间界限融合等问题,都将倒逼高职教育加速内生性变革步伐。如何走出标准化流水线工业生产思维下的教育管理模式,使“有教无类、因材施教”的传统教育教学理论继续促进高职教育差异化人才培养实践,将对高职教育的育人理念、教学方式乃至治理结构、组织系统等提出新的挑战。The expansion of enrollment of higher vocational education by one million is a great benefit to higher vocational colleges facing the crisis of student source.Problems are driven by this sudden change of government policy including conflicts between vocational education system with new forms of student recourse(specifically enrollment ofsocial workers as full time students.)and dual educational system in skilled workers schools;the merging between in-service adult education and full-time regular education.All those problems will accelerate the reform of higher vocational education.How to get out of the education management mode dominated by tactics of standardization and make the traditional education doctrine of"No Child Left Behind,Teaching Students According to Their Aptitude"shine its lightare challenging the prospect of vocational colleges concerning their teaching philosophy,teaching methods,governance structure and organizational systems.
