摘　　要：新时期,通过常态化开展评估进一步规范高职高专院校中外合作办学,“以评助管,以评促建”,强化服务导向、均衡发展和过程管理,从系统化的视角全面考察中外合作办学的“健康状况”,做到总结成果、定位问题、优化管理、实现突破,全面提升高职高专院校中外合作办学质量和办学效益,更好服务国家与区域经济社会发展大局,更好满足人民群众日益增长的多样化、高质量教育需求。In the new era,we will further standardize the sino-foreign cooperation in higher vocational colleges through the normalization of evaluation,evaluation hepls management and evaluation promotes construction,and strengthen the service orientation,balanced development and process management.From the perspective of systematization,we should comprehensively investigate the"health status"of sino-foreign cooperation in running schools so as to summarize achievements,locate problems,optimize management and achieve breakthroughs,aiming at comprehensively improving the quality and efficiency of sino-foreign cooperation in higher vocational colleges,better serving the overall situation of national and regional economic and social development,and better meeting the growing needs of the people for diversified and high-quality education.
