摘　　要：现代企业的管理是以人为中心的管理,人的因素是企业管理中最活跃、最根本、最具有难度的管理。而随着时代的发展,越来越多的企业,特别是一些中大企业,逐渐重视员工不同的气质类型在管理中的应用。论文试着从员工气质类型的角度来说明如何提高企业管理的有效性。Modern enterprise’s management is people-centered management.Human factor is the most active,most fundamental and most difficult management in enterprise management.With the development of the times,more and more enterprises,especially some large and medium-sized enterprises,gradually pay attention to the application of different temperament types of employees in management.This paper attempts to explain how to improve the effectiveness of enterprise management from the perspective of employee’s temperament type.
