摘　　要：在数字化经济时代下,以往金字塔式的组织结构已难以胜任,什么样的组织结构能够赋能以激活个体是酒店组织亟需解决的问题。基于对酒店人力资源管理的思考,论文提出了数字化时代下酒店组织亟需转型,并概述了转型的策略与建议,以期对酒店管理的实践有所帮助。In the era of digital economy,the previous pyramidal organizational structure is no longer competent.What kind of organizational structure can enable to activate individuals is the urgent problem for hotel organizations to solve.Based on the consideration of hotel human resources management,this paper puts forward the urgent need for hotel organization transformation in the digital era,and summarizes the strategies and suggestions for transformation,so as to help the practice of hotel management.
