摘 要:新时代背景下,我国高职百万扩招是产业转型升级、扭转高职教育结构偏差、应对生源不足以及职教赋能提质的需要。百万扩招不仅是政策工具,更是改革目标;不仅是点的改变,更是面的改革;是高职教育从结构嵌入向关系嵌入转变的重要举措。当然,高职百万扩招也面临着诸多困难挑战,如办学质量可能降低、招生和资源投入困难、人才培养模式调整不易等。因此,要贯彻落实好百万扩招计划,一要实行多元化招生,二要加大筹资力度,三要实行“松进紧出”制度,四要改课授制为实操制,五要实行柔性管理。In the background of the newera,the one⁃million enrollment expansion policy in higher vocational education in China is the call of industrial transformation and upgrade,and the need to reverse the structural deviation of higher vocational education,to cope with the shortage of students,and to improve the quality of vocational education.One⁃million enrollment expansion is not only a policy tool,but also a reform goal.It is not only the change of a point,but also the reform of a face.It is an important policy to transform higher vocational education from structural embeddedness to relational embeddedness.Of course,there are many difficulties and challenges in the enrollment expansion of higher vocational colleges,such as the possible decline of school quality,the difficulty of enrollment and resource investment,and a strenuous effort to adjust the talents training mode.Therefore,in order to carry out the one⁃million enrollment expansion,firstly,we should implement diversified enrollment.Secondly,we should increase the fund⁃raising capacity.Thirdly,implement the system of"easy enrollment and difficult graduation".Fourthly,change the course teaching system to practical operation system.Fifthly,we should implement flexible management.
